Sydney Story is a graduate of Wayne State College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice and psychology. While at Wayne State, she was a member of the Wayne State College and National Criminal Justice Honor Societies, Alpha Phi Sigma.

Sydney received her Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law with a concentration in Family Law. She was active in Moot Court receiving two outstanding oralist awards, was a member of the Patent Competition team, and participated in the trial team competition. Sydney earned Dean’s Fellow and membership in the Moot Court Board and Rural Law Society. Additionally, she held leadership positions on the executive boards for the Military Law Society and Intellectual Property Society.

Her experience includes working for the for Sarpy County Public Defender during law school. Sydney is prepared for trial work with an emphasis on family law and criminal defense. She also has training in mediation.

Sydney is dedicated to her family and brings that passion to providing high-quality representation for her clients. A native of Wayne, Nebraska, her roots in Northeast Nebraska are well established. Her husband is a local contractor in the construction and remodeling business.
